    Description

    Loco Cafe serves breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. Loco Biscuits are made fresh daily have been called the "Best Biscuit EVER!" by many of our guests. We serve fresh Coffee and loose Tea by the Cup or Tea Pot along with fresh sqeezed Juice and handmade Lemonade & Limeade. Shaken Iced Teas & Sodas can be made with our Fresh Flavors; Blueberry, Hibiscus, Caramel, Spiced loco, Raspberry, Mint, Coconut-Maple. Guests can also customized their Coffee, or Hot Tea with any of our Fresh Flavors. Both booths and tables are available in our open-seating dining room with plenty of windows to let the sunshine in.

In the video I forgot to say that kale, collard greens and mustard greens are more cold hardy than lettuce, Swiss chard and spinach and so they don't need to be covered or protected when the temperature reaches 22 degrees or below or a light snow is expected. If heavy ice is expected then you might just cover them to keep the leaves from potentially being discolored by the ice. In the video you will notice that I planted the very cold-hardy plants outside of the cold frame.
